Physiotherapy Electrotherapy was first introduced to me over 30 years ago by a wonderful physiotherapist were I worked in a well known Health Spa used by many celebrities. Physiotherapy Electrotherapy has come on a long way and there are many more approaches, machines and diagnostic advances of which many are used in the States and Europe. At the moment, here in the Great Britain physiotherapy is restricted to exercises and hands on. The use electrotherapy has been greatly reduced with the result that I combine physiotherapy electrotherapy with many of my treatments as electrotherapy has been well evidence based and researched by Professor Tim Watson. He has a new website and here is a link to Key Concepts in Electrotherapy

My 21 year son recently fractured his right lower leg down in Sheffield playing American Football. We would like to thank the brilliant paramedical team who stretched him off and transported to The Rotherham General Hospital to their A & E Fracture Team. Their senior consultant and his physiotherapists had my son up walking within 7 days. I would like to thank Better Perform as I took with me Cefar Compex Electrotherapy used by Premier League Football and English Rugby and many more . The cefar compex rehab 4 has special programmes to prevent atrophy and wasting of the muscles and programmes to increase the rate of healing and removal of debris, bruising and healing of the bones.

I have been working with back pain here in Edinburgh now for over 25 years attending conferences organised by Scottish Osteopathic Society, British Exercise and Sports Medicine, Arsenal Sports and Exercise Conference 2012 and many others. What is brilliant is that research has improved dramatically over the past 10 years because the elite athletics have to get back into their sport with a few weeks or days if possible.
